Biography

Born in Merseyside, England Lauren Anne Baldwin began her professional acting career at the age of ten when she was signed to her first talent agency. She has guest starred in numerous UK TV shows, short films and commercials and landed her first feature film lead role in 2006. Lauren took part in many stage productions whilst in the UK such as the Greek Tragedy 'Peace' which she performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and 'Hanky Park' at the Lowry Theatre, Manchester. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2008 Lauren has worked steadily in many short films, features and web series as well as commercials. This year Lauren played the lead role of 'Mary' in The God Complex (an official selection at the Burbank International Film Festival) from Pirromount Pictures and is awaiting the completion of an exciting and as yet untitled horror feature in which she plays a Paranormal Investigator. October will see Lauren in another lead role, ironically playing the 'All American Girl' in the Independent feature 'Finders Keepers, Thieves and Killers'. Currently Lauren is shooting AFTRA web series 'Suck and Moan-Vampires vs. Zombies' An official selection at ITVFest 2010 and the Beverly Hills Film and New Media festival 2010, due for release online October 20th 2010.
